Gauthier House is a split-level house with 2 apartments. The Caretaker lives in the
lower level apartment with its own locked, separate entrance. The upper apartment is
available to be rented. The 2-bedroom guest apartment is a 10-minute drive to Mayo
Clinic. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds.
It also has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances,
and self-closing drawers, a full bath, living room with flat-screen TV, dining room and
peaceful 4-season porch overlooking the fenced-in backyard with beautiful gardens
and children's playset. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the busline.
Laundry is shared with the Caretaker. Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
