Serenity House is the original Serenity House Network home. Serenity House
is a duplex-style, split-level home with 2 apartments: Patrick and Brigid. Completely remodeled, it opened on September 23, 2008. Each apartment is 1100 square feet. Serenity House is a 10-minute drive from Mayo Clinic and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a ¾ acre lot with mature trees and adjacent to the bike path.
Brigid
Brigid is a private, fully furnished 1100 sq. ft. apartment on the lower level of Serenity House. Brigid has an eat-in kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, bath with shower, and living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and a recliner. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed and a sitting area. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. Brigid shares the laundry area with Patrick. One attached garage stall with remote included. Maximum occupancy: 6 people.

Patrick
Patrick is a private, fully furnished 1100 sq. ft. apartment on the upper level of Serenity House. Patrick has an eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, double-vanity bath with tub/shower and living room with hide-a-bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV and 2 recliners. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, sitting area and 2 closets. The second bedroom has 1 Full bed. The third bedroom has 1 Twin bed and roll top desk. Patrick shares the laundry area with Brigid. One attached garage stall with remote included. Maximum occupancy: 7 people.
