Aquila Apartment

Aquila is a 2-story, private, fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment. The first level of Aquila
consists of a large kitchen, dining room overlooking the river, living room with flat-screen TV,
full bath, den and laundry room. Three bedrooms can be found upstairs. Each bedroom has 1 Queen bed. One bedroom has an additional flat-screen TV. Aquila shares the outdoor deck with Priscilla. One attached garage stall with remote included. Maximum occupancy: 6 people.

 

Weekly Rate: $80/day +tax. Monthly Rate: $70/day. No tax. All utilities included.

Priscilla Apartment

Priscilla is a private, fully furnished 1-bedroom efficiency apartment. It has a full kitchen, bath
with shower, eating area, laundry area, 2 twin beds and a lounge area with reclining sofa and flat-screen TV. Priscilla shares the outdoor deck with Aquila. One attached garage stall with remote included. Maximum occupancy: 2 people.

 

Weekly Rate: $50/day +tax. Monthly Rate: $45/day. No tax. All utilities included.
