Serenity House Network believes that families need to be together when a loved one is facing a serious health challenge. For less than the cost of one standard hotel room, SHN offers fully-furnished homes and apartments which will house an entire family. Monthly discounted rates help patients receiving long-term medical treatments such as transplants, CAR-T, chemotherapy, radiation and the Pain Rehabilitation Center (PRC).

Housing
We have private, fully furnished homes & apartments that are available exclusively to Mayo Clinic patients, their families & caregivers. These are inspected yearly by the Olmsted County Health Department & require a higher level of cleanliness than a typical rental.

We have been providing Medical Lodging for Mayo Clinic patients for 17 years & have had the honor of serving over 2,000 families. We are a 3-Generation, family-run business & are locally owned. We worked diligently with local & state officials to create “Medical Lodging” in the state of MN.
